Sign up here to volunteer to chaperone the Senior All Night Party!

Our sign up slots have changed to allow for shorter volunteer slots, if preferred; however, we are in need of numerous chaperones still for the 12:30 - 3AM time slot.

Every chaperone must be cleared. Please email the Avondale Volunteer Application by May 20th to:  Annamaria.Wyman@AvondaleSchools.org.  They take a few days to process. Please use the link below to download and print the application. 

 

A Chaperone Responsibility & Safety Information email will be emailed to chaperones the week prior to the event. This email will contain very important safety guidelines for certain stations as well as the chaperone schedules and procedures.
