- T-shirt sale will begin next week. $15 per shirt
- Volleyball tournament scheduled on March 19th. Sign-up deadline is March 14th.
Volunteers are needed for 50/50, concessions, etc.
All profits will go to SANP

There will be 3 raffles. Donations are being accepted and collected. Sign-up Genius created.
Ticket price will be $10 per ticket to go toward a single basket

January 6th UPDATE
The January 6th meeting was cancelled and rescheduled for 1/27 at 7pm.
Financial update from Angie:
Carry-over funds from last year: $4,964.27
Grand Total Funds:
• $5,514.27
• Less $3,000 for Class of 2023
• Less $200 deposits
• Funds available at this time = $2,314.27
Bed Sheet Sale:
· We raised $550 from the bed sheet sale. Yay!! 55 sets sold * $10 profit = $550
Vendor update:
Lifetime Fitness:
· Has been reserved for SANP 5/26/22.
· Deanna Nowakowski put $100 deposit down.
· Angie submitted reimbursement request to Helen on 12.22.21

On the Horizon:
• Secure DJ Vendor - Someone spoke up and had a DJ lead.... (I do not have in my notes who this person is, will the real Shady please stand up?!)
• Budgeting details - I do have a blue print from last year, it makes it simple to use as a guide. I will send that to you, Angie.
• The Big Raffle details - Looking for an official update on this! I know you guys have been working on this!
• Car Parade is a go! Thank you to Lisa Wilcock and Cheri Rasmussen for volunteering to coordinate this effort. If you would like, I can put you in touch with last years committee leaders for brainstorming and potentially required permits/city notifications that may be needed.
